Our well equipped air conditioned gyms include a Weights Studio with 14 variable resistance strength stations and large free weights area ideal for both general toning and specific strength conditioning, injury rehabilitation and back care.

Our Cardiovascular Studio has over 30 stations including bikes, treadmills, cross trainers and steppers designed to offer safe and effective exercise for health, weight loss and aerobic conditioning. There is also plenty of space for floor work, so flexibility, mobility and core strength issues can be addressed safely within your workout.

Both gyms have a great atmosphere whether they are quiet or busy, with an excellent choice of music to encourage and motivate you.

We promote good gym etiquette and ask all members to antibac kit and return all weights once used.
