BOOT CAMP 27th and 28th September 2008

 

Its here, the weekend boot camp with lectures, seminars, training sessions, classes and all the exercise you can handle.

This camp will inject new ideas into your training and will add a little va va voom to your exercise regime. 

This is not for the faint hearted and you need to be able to run 3 miles as a pre requisite to get the best out of what will be an awesome weekend of exercise.

Led by our gym team this camp is limited to 10 people. Cost is £120 per person for the weekend including lunch and as much sweat as you can muster.

28th  February 2008 - Club is leading the way online

If you follow the book online links you can create an account within our membership system that will allow you to book your gymnasium sessions, make class reservations and keep upto date with your visit history, account and other membership information.

As part of our environmental agenda we have chosen a system that allows for paperless business management.

At the Green we are proud to be the only health club in the UK that allows its members to book online.
